How it works
We recommend every bride try on a few dresses at their local boutique to get an idea of silhouette, color and style. This will make it easy to discuss your custom vision during your 1 on 1 consultation.
Before we can start your unique and custom journey, you will need to schedule a 45 minute virtual consultation. The fee for this service is $200 and goes towards the final cost of your dress. During this consultation, we will discuss designing your dream gown and bringing your vision to life!
Based on the consultation, you will receive a design kit in the mail consisting of 3-5 full sketches, color/ fabric swatches and a tape measure for custom sizing to choose from.
Once your design is confirmed, we will send you a quote within 3-5 business days. After, we will process your payment and your journey will begin! You will receive a final photo of your dress to ensure your vision is met. It will take approximately 3-4 months to complete your dress (depending on complexity of the design).
Once you receive your dress, we offer a service for local DMV brides to showcase in front of their family and friends. If you are not local, we suggest hosting a party to showcase. We are happy to address any alterations you may need during this time.
FAQs
Production for custom gowns is 3-4 months, so we recommend to start the process about 8-10 months from your wedding date to allow enough time for the perfect fit.
Dresses start at $1400 for custom designs and go up depending on complexity. A quote is provided for all custom dresses. For dresses already in stock, they start at $1000.
Yes! We are partnered with HoneyBook and allow brides to pay in full or half down and half before the dress is complete.
We do not offer returns on custom dresses since the size is unique to you. However, for dresses we have in stock must be returned within 14 business days and require a $200 restocking fee subtracted from your refund.
We offer free shipping to all 50 States in the U.S. and territories. For international orders, clients are responsible to pay duty fees. For clients located in the DMV, door-to-door delivery is available up to 30 miles.
Unlike traditional bridal boutiques, we offer custom sizing to fit your body.

Because our gowns are custom sized, we don’t anticipate alterations. However, if alterations are needed, BNB will cover up to $400 from our preferred tailor.

Yes, for dresses need in 4 months or less – an additional fee of $250 will be added to your final quote.
